Dorb Controls Incorporated was, until recently, known as
DOR-B Incorporated, and was founded by Robert Batch in the
fall of 1993. After 30+ years with Johnson Controls, he was
determined to make DOR-B, Inc. focused on being highly responsive
to the customer's needs. In the beginning, DOR-B, Inc. represented
and installed JCI and
KMC controls,
and listened to what their customers had to say about these
proprietary DDC control
systems. In response to these comments and the availability
of newer technologies, DOR-B, Inc. moved to represent companies
that utilized either LON or
BACNet
to provide interoperable,
open system DDC controls. DOR-B,
Inc. then invested the time and financial resources to factory
train it's personnel as Certified LonWorks Integrators
in order to offer their customers the highest quality installations,
service, maintenance, and training on these newer technologies.
Today Dorb Controls Incorporated continues to factory train
it's personnel to provide the highest caliber of workmanship
possible, offers "Best of Show" products, and continues
to help its customers apply the most appropriate technologies,
tools, products and services to a wide variety of facility automation
and control requirements.
